What we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, your telephone number, your email address if you leave one, the type of green space and the message you write.

We use this data only to reply to you and to work out the job together. We do not use it for marketing and we do not pass it on to anyone.

On what legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form, and on carrying out pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to reply and to handle any resulting work, and in any case no longer than two years from the last contact.

Who it may be shared with

Messages are delivered through Resend, which acts as data processor for the sole purpose of sending the emails. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or withdraw your consent, by writing or telephoning using the contact details above.

If you believe the processing breaches the regulations, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
